Section 8 Consolidation Program
The low income grants issued are intended to be used for household needs by a family or an individual, such as groceries or childcare. The Section 8 Consolidation Program is funded by Section8programs.com and is not affiliated with any government agency. This program provides equal opportunity to all applicants to receive low income assistance and housing opportunities.
The housing opportunities are provided to all applicants in the form of an Online Packet. Every applicant will have indefinite access to this packet for the purpose of learning about government programs they may also apply for. Rental listings for every U.S. state are also included. The Online Packet found on Section8programs.com has information to educate landlords about various government housing programs and how to become involved in them.
Complete the Section 8 Consolidation Program application online at any time. Our grant periods run consecutively each week.
Receive your initial status online after the application, which will be PENDING or DECLINED.
If pending, you will make a post in the guestbook for public record. You will then cast one vote for an applicant that you feel should receive the grant.
You will only vote for an applicant that made a post in the Guestbook the same day as you. Do not vote for yourself.
Grants will be awarded to the applicant with the most votes for that particular day. The applicant with the most votes must have purchased the Online Packet and their application must be consistent with the information they have posted in the Guestbook.
If the applicant with the most votes has submitted a false application, the applicant with the second most votes will receive the grant and so on.

The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program is a government subsidized housing assistance program for a low income family or individual. The tenant will pay about 30% of their monthly income for rent. Section 8 will pay for (subsidize) the rest. Landlords must have their property inspected by a division of the Section 8 office in order to rent to a Section 8 tenant and accept the Section 8 housing voucher. The landlord will prepare their own lease, but it will be no less than for one year. The Section 8 Consolidation Program is a privately funded grant program outside of HUD and your local housing authorities. This program was designed to combine low income grants with subsidized housing resources for a low income family or individual. These tools come in the form of an online packet which also includes the online application for the Section 8 Consolidation Program. By urging landlords nationwide to participate in government rental assistance programs, and educating them about subsidized housing, the gap between a low income tenant and an independent landlord is being reduced.
